ABOUT ME
Hi! I’m Zac González, originally from Spain.
I relocated to the UK with the aim of breaking barriers and helping bring fitness and wellbeing to those people who have previously seen it as a closed door.
I started off in athletics, martial arts and professional basketball. A serious injury meant focusing on gym work as part of my rehabilitation and this soon became my passion and then a profession.
I specialise in Strength and Conditioning for Ladies, Muscle Building for Men, and getting people out of their comfort zone and proving that fitness is for everyone!
You will learn how your body works and how it’s able to respond to the training and adapt to it with the help of balanced nutrition.
This is the key to progress!
I’m also a men’s physique (bodybuilding) competitor!

I train with Zac for over 1 year. I started to attend his classes strength and conditioning for ladies at Fit4less. I remember from beginning was very hard for me but I really liked them. When Zac moved to The Gym on York Road, I moved too. I wasn’t sure if it was a good decision to change the gym. However, I continued Zac’s classes. Now I can say Yes! it was a very good decision to change the gym. I’m still attending classes. Recently, also boxing for ladies. Both classes are great and Zac is a really great trainer. Has a lot of experience, the right approach, perfectly plans all exercises. It’s always hard but I really enjoy trainings with Zac and I can’t imagine that I should never attend again. If any of my friends will need trainer very strongly I will recommended Zac. For me he is the best!

I’ve been training with Zac for 3 months now. I have learnt so much from him relating to nutrition,sleep and how to train properly. Zac is a great coach fun to work with but professional at the same time. I have seen big changes in the way I look and feel, still a little way to go but definitely going in the right direction. I am doing things that I never thought I’d be able to do, lifting weights that I’d never have been able to do without the help of Zac. He is a great coach and I would recommend him to anyone who needs a personal trainer.

I have been training with Zac for around 4 month’s. He is honest and managed to motivate me even when I’m not feeling a session. We have worked together to create a food plan gradually rather then making changes straight away as I needed the time to change my mindset rather than creating something I wohldnt stick with. Zac has been patient and supportive through this ongoing journey. Would highly recommend!

“I first met Zac shortly after the gym opened in September 2018. I had been a member of another gym before having my daughters, but when I started at the gym I was definitely more out of shape than I had ever been. I was carrying extra weight, got out of breath very easily and I was generally unhappy with how I looked.
I knew I wanted to make a change, but just didn’t know where to start. I had no experience lifting weights at all but after Zac told me he was starting a ladies s&c class, I thought I would try it out and I have never looked back.
Zac was (and is) motivating in both the classes and as my PT. He is informative, conscientious and although he works you hard, he’s always up for a laugh. I honestly would not have been able to make the change to my health, fitness and confidence in the gym if I hadn’t have met Zac. Although not strictly training me individually I have started attending his strength and conditioning classes and I have spoken to him about my goals and how I need to change my thinking to achieve my goals. I cannot thank Zac enough for the confidence he has given me in only 3 months of going to the gym. I used to have panic attacks in gyms. I haven’t had one in weeks (I go 3/4 times a week). Zac has been there when I’ve been at my worst and continues to encourage me in classes. He’s always got a smile on his face and I couldn’t ever have imagined being where I am without his insight. I worked alongside Zac for over a year at F4L. He’s a lovely caring guy who does anything to see people succeed and reach their goals. I train 4/5days a week and some days I have zero motivation like any normal person, so now Zac trains me once a week to help push me more, he has done me a diet & training plan and I absolutely love it. He’s a massive help, has crazy knowledge about nutrition and the human body & I’m finally back into full swing of training properly. I won some pt sessions in January and it turned out to be the best win ever. I was at a point where I just did classes, was getting bored and my motivation had died off. I didn’t know I needed a PT and I didn’t know I enjoyed lifting weights until I started the sessions with Zac and I’ve since bought more.
Zac really pushes me to do things and encourages me to lift heavier than I thought I could or ever would. I used to feel intimidated by the equipment at the gym and the lack of other women using it. Zac has given me confidence in myself and I’m now quite happy to go and train on my own and I actually enjoy it. He’s always on hand to answer questions either in person or by messages.
On top of everything else, he’s a great guy and I have a laugh with him during our sessions. The sky is now the limit.

Used to train with Zac for a while, not only he got me back in shape quick but what was even better was how quickly I gained my strength back thanks to his wonderful new weights techniques and training! Was tough but was proven to be the perfectly tailored programme for me, also is a boss friend, fun and his classes are as good as his personal PT sessions!

Zac has a wealth of experience. As someone who has trained for many years, I’m learning so much from him. What he doesn’t know isn’t worth knowing!
His PT and group classes are always challenging but a lot of fun. After struggling to train consistently for 3 years due to an injury the work he has done has really helped me to fall in love with training again. I’ve finally started to make gains in my weightlifting again without aggravating the injury and I’ve got my confidence back.

I’m currently training with Zac and cannot speak highly enough of him.
He has motivated me to push myself far further; his programmes are spot on and the nutrition/supplements suggestions have produced amazing results.
His attention to detail, in focusing on what I want to achieve (not just what he can encourage me to do), is first class!
Programmes are well planned, exercises vary and are tweaked to maintain focus and technique is the number 1 priority.
